Our site supervisors and field engineers examine the site in detail and control the working conditions. Occupational safety and mobilization tools that may be required are organized by controlling the project on site. A work program is created by evaluating all conditions.

All possible hot works for process safety in operating facilities are completed outside the facility and shipped to the assembly area on the assembly date. For the equipment to be manufactured in the field, productions are prepared in the allowed areas by taking the maximum level of occupational safety measures.

In newly established facilities, the work plan and program are followed in coordination with the other teams at the construction site. In the existing facilities, the work schedule is determined in accordance with the production schedule of the enterprise, and assembly works are carried out without interfering with the daily activities of the enterprise.

The productions are routinely checked by our technical office engineer to prevent possible assembly and manufacturing errors. In some cases, the productions are subjected to special tests and the reports are delivered to the employer.

All equipment and consumables whose assembly works are completed are subjected to the necessary tests as per the regulations. The test date is coordinated with the employer, and the test minutes are signed with the employer representative who witnessed the tests.

For all systems that have been tested, technical and on-site training is given to the team selected by the employer. By commissioning the systems, they are closely followed by our technical service team at a certain period, and their performance in the field conditions is monitored.

The final version of the completed project in the field is revised on the drawings. Calculations and simulations are repeated. Usage instructions, technical documents and certificates of all equipment in the field are delivered to the employer in digital and printed form upon the acceptance of the project.
