Automatic Sprinkler Systems
The most common fire extinguishing and control systems that have provided successful protection in many fire cases with their wide usage areas.
Wet Pipe Sprinkler Systems
These systems, where the water pressurized by the fire pump system is kept ready for fire intervention in the installation, works on the basis of the sprinkler head being active at the preferred temperature. Wet pipe systems can be used in volumes with +4° ambient temperature or can be used with antifreeze in areas where there is a risk of freezing. Wet systems must be carefully tested and monitored for plumbing leaks, as they are kept pressurized.
Area of Use
Offices, warehouses, production areas, workshops, etc.
Advantages
Flexible application, economical, easy to maintain, fast response
Certification
FM, UL, VdS, LPCB, CE

Dry Pipe Sprinkler Systems
Unlike wet sprinkler systems, in this type of systems, pressurized air/nitrogen is used instead of extinguishing water in pipe installation. Dry pipe systems, which are preferred in cases where the temperature value of the protected volume is lower than +4°, provides comprehensive protection for cold spaces. When the ceiling temperature in the protected volume reaches the selected degree of the sprinkler head, it is aimed that the air exits the installation first and the water reaches the sprinkler in the specified time.
Area of Use
Loading ramps, outdoor warehouses, cold storages, etc.
Advantages
Prevention of water damage, long life piping, ease of application
Certification
FM, UL, VdS, LPCB, CE

Deluge Sprinkler Systems
Deluge systems, which can be used for cooling and extinguishing purposes, are designed on the basis of an intensive application at the same time in the design area in the protected volume. It is preferred in cases where the spread rate of fire and combustible material load is high. There is no extinguishing fluid in the installation and the sprinkler heads are used with open ends. Caps and covers suitable for ambient conditions are used to protect the installation and sprinkler heads. It can be triggered by detection or pilot sprinkler line.
Area of Use
Transformers, compartments, production areas, above ground tanks etc.
Advantages
Simultaneous activation, can be used in severe conditions, fast protection
Certification
FM, UL, VdS, LPCB, CE

Pre-Action Sprinkler Systems
These systems, which are generally used to prevent water damage due to plumbing leaks and accidental opening of the sprinkler glass, can be used as single or double locking. Pressurized air is kept in the piping in the place. In these systems, which can be used as pneumatic and / or electrically activated according to the conditions of the location, in case of verification, it opens the control valve and allows the water to reach the sprinkler. Thus, the system is activated only when there is a confirmed fire case in the environment.
Area of Use
Warehouses, production areas, cold spaces, electrical rooms
Advantages
System security, water damage prevention, long-lasting installation
Certification
FM, UL, VdS, LPCB, CE

Fire Pumps
Fire pumps, which are the heart of all systems in the fight against fire, ensure that the water needed is pressurized to the fire system pipe network. Fire pumps, which are offered with 4 different options as horizontal shaft, vertical shaft, turbine and end-suction, can be used as diesel driven or electric motor depending on the need. Preparing the fire pump room installation and fire water tank capacity according to the design criteria specified in the regulations is critical for the correct operation of the system.
Area of Use
Hydrant, cabinet and sprinkler etc. In all businesses with fire systems installed
Advantages
Uninterrupted protection, redundant system, fully automatic use
Certification
UL, FM, NEMA

Manual Protection Measures
These systems, which were established to support fully automatic systems, can also be used for early intervention.
Outdoor Hose System (Hydrant)
The hydrant and hose systems installed in accordance with the hazard class of the facilities are a critical safety precaution for authorized personnel and firefighters in case of fire. These systems, which can be installed with underground or above-ground piping according to the project requirements, keep the structures in the business and the facility safe against fire cases that may occur in the outdoor area. Firefighters can also perform indoor interventions with these equipments.
Area of Use
Factories, warehouses, power plants, etc.
Advantages
Direct and fast intervention, different discharge heads
Certification
TSE, CE, TS EN

Monitor Systems
These equipment, which are used to respond to the fire from a safe distance, can be offered as automatic and manually controlled. Monitor applications, which are an effective method for protecting equipment or raw materials in open environments, can be used with different throw options depending on the type of fire. Parameters such as distance, wind, open flame, and temperature should be considered when designing the monitor application. Fire monitors are also used in some cases for cooling and fire containment.
Area of Use
Tank yards, open air warehouses, loading stations, airports
Advantages
Safe distance intervention, wide angle protection
Certification
UL, FM, VdS, NEMA, CE

Indoor Hose System (Fire Cabinets)
Fire cabinet and fire brigade valve system installed in closed areas is an effective method used to control or extinguish small fires by authorized personnel in the enterprise. The fire cabinet system, which allows different interventions according to the type of fire with its throwing heads, should be positioned at the intervals specified in the regulation. The status of the fire cabinet installation should be monitored by valve monitoring and flow switch.
Area of Use
All industrial facilities and businesses with legal obligations
Advantages
Ease of use, quick response, access to the source of the fire
Certification
TSE, CE, TS EN
